Game Birds for Sale Mother nature willing pheasant and quail chicks begin hatching June through August.

Eggs are gathered daily, and birds are hatched weekly during the summer months. Pheasant and quail eggs, chicks, young, or mature birds can be purchased providing supply is ample. Prices vary depending on the age of the bird, and the time of the year. If you think you might like to try raising a few young birds keep in mind that the chicks need heat for the first 4-6 weeks of life. If you plan to buy a few birds to train your dog, consider stocking up in August, or September when young flying quail are most affordable.

If you wish to stock a farm hoping some will eventually take, August, or September is also a good time to buy, but you should plan to stock at least twice a year for five years or so in order to see any results.

All of our birds are raised to be flight birds, but on occasion a few can be purchased and cleaned for your dinner table!
